Privacy Policy
How Telpro collects, uses and protects personal information — including call recordings and transcripts handled on behalf of our clients.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in and your message.
When you book a call through our scheduling partner we receive your name, email address, selected time and any answers you give to the booking questions.
We collect standard technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, in order to keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.
Call recordings and transcripts
Where Telpro operates an A.I. phone agent on behalf of a client, calls may be recorded, transcribed and summarised so the client has a record of the conversation. Callers are notified in accordance with the recording laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Recordings and transcripts belong to the client whose phone line received the call. Telpro processes that data on the client’s instructions, applies the retention period the client sets, and supports redaction of sensitive fields where required.
If you are a caller and would like to know how a specific business handles your call data, contact that business directly, or write to us and we will point you to the right contact.
How we use information
To respond to your enquiry, prepare for a scheduled call, and provide the services you request.
To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website and our products.
To send service communications relating to work we are doing for you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Sharing with service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the business — scheduling, email delivery, hosting, analytics and CRM tools — strictly to perform those services for us and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Telpro, our clients or the public.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Client call data follows the retention period agreed in that client’s contract.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by writing to us. Reply STOP to any SMS message to stop text communications.
To exercise any right, email us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change or the law requires. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
